Krisha offers a transparent & simple Return & Replacement Policy.
*Conditions to be eligible for Return & Replacement Policy*
- Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
- Replacement/Return for items are subject to inspection and checking by the KRISHA team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
- Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
- Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us the same day you receive your item if the item holds a manufacturing default or if you receive the wrong item. Once we receive your return request, it will be evaluated by our company and only if approved will the item be returned and the new one shipped to you.
- Once our company evaluates and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted/refunded.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Krisha reserves all rights to take decisions of approving or rejecting any requests regarding returns, refunds, replacement, exchanges or cancellation.
Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:
- For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within a 3 day period by meeting the above conditions. Note: Shipping charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
- Gemstones on Special Customisation Order will not be refunded, returned, exchanged or cancelled.
Return Policy on Jewellery Products, Collectibles & High End Section:
- Items under “Rings, Necklace, Bracelets, Earrings, High End & Collectibles section cannot be returned for Money. You can however place a return request within 3 days of delivery to request for a store credit, worth 75% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.
- If you request for a product return under “Rings, Necklace, Bracelets, Earrings, High End & Collectibles section, Krisha reserves all rights to deduct 25% of the making charges.
- Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are non-refundable.
- Return Shipment is at customer's cost
- Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For ccAvenue payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards/Net Banking (except for American Express, which is 4.72%); and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards; For Paypal, these are 5.19%. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
- Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.
- Returns will take 7-15 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
- Refunds in any other cases except the conditions mentioned (i.e. loose gemstone) above are not accepted.
Krisha is neither reliable nor responsible for any parcel lost/damaged or stolen while being returned by the customer and will not be accountable for any returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges in this regard.
Krisha is not responsible for any damage caused by any third party or the buyer itself and is not accountable for any returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges in this regard.
Things to Take Care of while Returning.
In case you are returning or replacing a product, please take the following steps:
- Contact Customer Support for Return Authorization
- Ensure that you keep all original objects that accompanied the product like Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
- Pack the items carefully and send only through a reputed courier with insurance for the package. Take the courier tracking information and share with us.
